No, it’s not. We’ll provide a custom quote for 3D printing, and it’s up to you to decide if you want to place a binding order based on the calculation.
You don’t need to worry; we’ll guide you through everything and explain how 3D printing works and our process.
After approving the quote, we’ll ask you to pay, and we’ll start printing right away. The time required depends on the number of pieces, complexity, or size of the print. However, smaller orders usually take two to three days to complete. We’ll let you know the time required in a non-binding inquiry.
We prefer .stl / .step and .obj formats. If you don’t have these formats available, don’t worry; we can easily convert or export to other formats.
No problem. Just send us a photo or a technical drawing, and we’ll create a 3D model based on that. You can also design a 3D model yourself using 3D printing software. You can also download a 3D model from the database for free.
Yes, we can send you a prototype for free before mass production. However, it depends on the number of pieces.
We use PLA, PET-G, ASA/ABS, PC, NYLON, and FLEX. We prefer materials from various high quality brands.
Primarily, we use high quality FMD printers from Prusa and Creality. We also have several printers that have a larger print area. The maximum size of 3D models can be 300x300x400 mm. But if your model is larger, don’t worry. We have experience in printing large objects that stick together, and the joint is subsequently sealed and possibly painted.
It always depends on your expectations and where the print will be used. For example, we print with polycarbonate or nylon, which are strong and tough materials. For example, a gear is better printed with nylon due to its strength, but PLA is better suited for a figurine. We’re happy to advise you on selecting materials for 3D printing.
We use FDM (thermoplastics) and SLA (resin) technology.
We can send you a prototype before batch printing, and if you’re not satisfied, we can modify it until we meet your expectations for the entire batch.
